Introductions

This training is an introduction for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2008. This training uses practical approach of learning given by experienced ISO consultants and trainers to provide basic knowledge to an ISO 9001:2008 certified company or any individual planning to engagedin a QMS job-related activities. 


Course Objectives

At the end of the training, the students will be able to:

  • Gain awareness on the overview/backgound of ISO 9001:2008 and its requirements.
  • Define Quality Management termonologies.
  • Utilize ISO 9001:2008 as a tool for business improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify QMS Clauses/requirments for the P-D-C-A Approach.

  • Documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2008

A written examination after the training shall be given to measure understanding/level of awareness of participants on QMS. A Certificate of Attandance shall be issued.
